Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) of Washington
MRSC Rosters allows numerous Washington cities, counties, and special districts to connect with business for the procurement of professional services. Agencies can use the MRSC to solicit services directly from one or more member consultants, as opposed to wide broadcast of requests for qualifications/proposals.
